The same terms the planner shows before you send an enquiry. Nothing is booked or charged until you agree it with us.
The weekday corporate package
- A 30% booking payment secures the date.
- The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
- Final guest numbers and catering choices are confirmed 14 days before.
- One date transfer may be permitted with at least 30 days notice, subject to availability.
- Cancellations within 14 days are charged in full.
- Events finish promptly at 15:00 so the venue can be reset.
Prices
Prices in the planner are indicative, based on your selections, and shown before and including VAT at 20%. Final numbers, catering and availability are confirmed by the venue before your booking payment. Prices effective from August 2026.
Your day
The standard day runs from 10:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday, with the room set up from 09:00 and reset by 16:00. The planner shows the dates that are free, so you can pick one and hold it or book it online. Earlier access and extra hours can be added on the same dates. Running on into the evening is quoted separately once you tell us what you want.
