How we use your details.
Short and plain: we use what you give us to answer your enquiry and run your day, and nothing else.
Who we are
DJW Corporate runs corporate days at its venue in Palmers Green, North London. We are responsible for the personal details described here. You can reach us on 020 8886 7520 or on WhatsApp.
What we collect, and why
- Your enquiry. When you send an enquiry from the planner we receive your name, email address, and, if you give them, your phone number, company, purchase order number and any notes, along with the day you planned. We use them to reply, to confirm the date and numbers, and, if you book, to run the day and invoice you. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and then performing it.
- Notes about dietary or access needs. If you tell us about these we use them only to cater for and look after your guests on the day.
- Your company website. If you type a website into the planner, we look up the logo and colours that site publishes, to show them in the room. We do not keep the website or the result.
- Your plan. The day you build lives in your own browser and in any link you choose to share. We do not store it unless you send it to us in an enquiry.
Who else handles it
- Our website is hosted by Vercel, and enquiry emails are delivered by Resend. Both act on our instructions only.
- The free dates in the planner come from the venue's booking calendar. Nothing about you is sent to it.
- If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) handles that conversation under its own terms.
- The 360° tour is provided by Matterport and maps by Google. They may set their own cookies when you open them.
We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
Cookies
The planner and this site set no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may remember a few of your choices, such as whether the sound is on, on your own device.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to answer you and, if you book, for our business and accounting records.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to have them deleted, by contacting us as above. If you are unhappy with how we have used them you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
